We offer a 45-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in good condition, with all included components and accessories. For hygiene reasons, we may not be able to accept returns for items that show excessive wear, damage, or missing parts.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
In some cases, we may offer an alternative resolution such as a partial refund or replacement so you can avoid the hassle of returning the item. If eligible, we’ll present this option to you during the support process.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing components, or show excessive wear may not be eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
